Trigger.dev before 4.5.12 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows holders of capability-restricted user-actor tokens to create alert channels by using the legacy personal access token helper. Attackers with a read-only UAT can POST to the project alertChannels endpoint to create production webhook channels, routing future deployment and error alerts to attacker-controlled infrastructure.

**Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions** OpenClaw versions prior to 2026.8.1 **Description** Insufficient access restrictions to operator command cron jobs allow model-visible agent callers to read and execute ownerless command jobs. This allows attackers to inspect stored environment variables and force-run disabled or unscheduled command jobs to access secrets and execute operator-authored commands. **Recommendations** Update to version 2026.8.1.

**Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions** OpenClaw versions prior to 2026.7.1 **Description** The `openclaw` npm package fails to enforce owner-only authorization for Claude Code permission prompts sent via the MCP channel bridge. This allows an authorized non-owner with channel command access to approve or deny pending permission requests intended for the owner, enabling actions to proceed without the owner's consent. The impact varies based on the requested host capabilities and the specific pending action. **Recommendations** Update to version 2026.7.1.
