Description
The issue allows remote authenticated users to bypass restrictions and read arbitrary records by modifying the record number in the URL for a RECORD action. This can be achieved by altering a bookmark.
Recommendations
For IBM Rational ClearQuest versions 7.1.1.x through 7.1.1.3, update to version 7.1.1.4 or later.
For IBM Rational ClearQuest versions 7.1.2.x through 7.1.2.0, update to version 7.1.2.1 or later.
