Description
A buffer overflow issue in the InBatch BatchField ActiveX control allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, potentially leading to a crash, and possibly execute arbitrary code.

For Invensys Wonderware InBatch versions 8.1 SP1 through 9.0 SP1, consider disabling the InBatch BatchField ActiveX control as a temporary workaround until a patch is available.
