Description
The issue concerns the IOGraphics component in Apple Mac OS X, which fails to properly handle a locked-screen state when an Apple Cinema Display is in display sleep mode. This allows an attacker with physical access to bypass the password requirement.
Recommendations
For Apple Mac OS X versions prior to 10.6.8, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue to prevent password bypass attacks.
