Description
The issue concerns the UIKit Alerts component, which can be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a device hang. This is achieved by using a long tel: URL that triggers a large size for the acceptance dialog.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 5, update to iOS version 5 or later to resolve the issue.
