Description
The issue allows remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions by sending network traffic. This occurs due to the extended ACL functionality discarding lines that end with specific keywords.

For Cisco IOS version 12.2(58)SE2, update to a version that fixes this issue.
For Cisco IOS version 15.0(1)SE, update to a version that fixes this issue.
