Description
The issue is related to failed SSL handshakes, which result in a resource leak. A remote attacker can exploit this flaw to cause the software to run out of resources, leading to a denial of service.
Recommendations
For bip versions 0.8.8 and earlier, update to a version later than 0.8.8 to resolve the issue.
