Description
The issue allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof servers and obtain sensitive information via a crafted certificate because the application does not verify X.509 certificates from SSL servers.
Recommendations
For Mail.Ru Dating (aka ru.mail.love) application version 3 for Android, update the application to a version that properly verifies X.509 certificates from SSL servers to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the application on unsecured networks until a patch is available.
