Description
The issue allows man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof servers and obtain sensitive information via a crafted certificate, as the application does not verify X.509 certificates from SSL servers.
Recommendations
For version 1.0, update the application to properly verify X.509 certificates from SSL servers to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of sensitive information within the application until a proper fix is applied.
