Description
The issue allows remote attackers to reconfigure a hop-limit setting via a small hop limit value in a Router Advertisement (RA) message. This is similar to a previously known issue.
Recommendations
For NetworkManager version 1.x, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
