Description
The issue is related to errors in the code of the Qualcomm Wi-Fi driver in the Android operating system. It can be exploited by a remote attacker using a specially crafted application to gain elevated privileges.
Recommendations
For Android versions prior to 2016-06-01, update the operating system to a version released after 2016-06-01 to resolve the issue.
