Description
The issue is related to weaknesses in security mechanisms of the MSXML libraries in the MatrikonOPC OPC Controller. This allows local users to transfer arbitrary files from a host computer, potentially obtaining sensitive information.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 5.1.0.0, update to version 5.1.0.0 or later to resolve the issue.
