Description
The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in an application crash. This can be achieved by sending an empty BIT STRING in ASN.1 data to the BER decoder.
Recommendations
For Botan versions 0.10.x through 1.10.9, update to version 1.10.10 or later.
For Botan versions 1.11.x through 1.11.18, update to version 1.11.19 or later.
