Panda Security URL Filtering versions prior to 4.3.1.9
Description
The issue allows local users to gain SYSTEM privileges by modifying the Panda URL Filteringb.exe file due to a weak Access Control List (ACL) used for the "Panda Security URL Filtering" directory and installed files.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 4.3.1.9, update to version 4.3.1.9 or later to resolve the issue.
