Description
The issue is related to the mishandling of MAC address data in the QNX6 QNET dissector, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service. This can be achieved through a crafted packet, resulting in an out-of-bounds read and application crash.
Recommendations
For Wireshark versions prior to 2.0.6, update to version 2.0.6 or later to resolve the issue.
