Description
The issue is related to insufficient upgrade package validation in the upgrade process, allowing an authenticated, local attacker to install an unverified upgrade package. This could be exploited by providing a controlled upgrade package to the upgrade process, potentially enabling the installation of custom firmware to the Spark Board.
