Description
The issue concerns the upgrade package of Huawei Vmall APP being transferred over HTTP, allowing a man-in-the-middle (MITM) to tamper with the package and potentially implant malicious applications.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 1.5.3.0, update to version 1.5.3.0 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of HTTP for package transfers until a secure update is applied.
