Description:
The issue allows attackers to cause a denial of service, which can result in a NULL pointer dereference or an out-of-bounds write. This is achieved via vectors related to binder passed lengths in the servicemanager component.
Recommendations:
For Android versions prior to commit 7d42a3c31ba78a418f9bdde0e0ab951469f321b5, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue.
