Description The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML, leveraging the use of the COM getCurrentURL function in various template files, including (1) public html/layout/default/header.thtml, (2) public html/layout/bento/header.thtml, (3) public html/layout/fotos/header.thtml, or (4) public html/layout/default/article/article.thtml.

Recommendations For Geeklog IVYWE edition version 2.1.1, consider disabling the COM getCurrentURL function as a temporary workaround until a patch is available. Restrict access to the affected template files to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using the vulnerable function in the affected files until the issue is resolved.
