Description
The issue is related to a lack of check for the valid length of an input parameter, which may cause a buffer overwrite in the WLAN component of Snapdragon Mobile.
Recommendations
For versions SD 835, SD 845, SD 850, SDA660, consider restricting access to the WLAN component until a patch is available.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
