Description A command injection issue exists in the way Netgate pfSense CE processes the parameters of a specific POST request, allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system. The attacker must be able to send authenticated POST requests to the administration web interface. Command injection is possible in the powerd ac mode parameter.

Avoid using the powerd ac mode parameter in the affected POST request until the issue is resolved.
