Description
The issue is related to insufficient file type enforcement in the Blink mechanism of Google Chrome, which can be exploited by a remote attacker to obtain local file data. This can be achieved through a specially crafted HTML page.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 69.0.3497.81, update to version 69.0.3497.81 or later to resolve the issue.
