Description
The issue is related to a missing bounds check in the
rw t4t sm read ndef function of rw t4t in Android, which could lead to a possible out of bounds write. This could result in local escalation of privilege in the NFC service without requiring any additional execution privileges. User interaction is not necessary for exploitation.Recommendations
For Android versions 7.1.1 through 9, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
