Description
The console of the affected software is susceptible to cross-site scripting, allowing users to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI. This could alter the intended functionality, potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.
Recommendations
For IBM WebSphere MQ versions 9.0.2 through 9.0.5, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
For IBM WebSphere MQ versions 9.1.0.0 through 9.1.0.1, update to a version that is not affected by this issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Web UI to minimize the risk of exploitation.
