Description
A file-extension filtering issue allows attackers to bypass protection mechanisms by sending malformed multipart email, affecting extensions, MIME types, virus detection, and journal entries for transmitted files.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 8.9.23, update to version 8.9.23 or later to resolve the issue.
For versions prior to 8.14.3, update to version 8.14.3 or later to resolve the issue.
