Description
The issue is related to a missing permission check in the WifiNetworkSuggestionsManager of WifiNetworkSuggestionsManager.java. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.

For Android version Android-10, consider restricting access to the WifiNetworkSuggestionsManager until a patch is available.
