The issue allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the
imageTitle or description field of an image to the "/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php" API endpoint.Recommendations
For versions prior to 3.4.19, update to version 3.4.19 or later to resolve the issue.
