Description:
The issue is related to a buffer overflow in the BIOS firmware, which can be exploited to potentially enable elevation of privilege or cause a denial of service. This can be achieved by an authenticated user via adjacent access.
Recommendations:
For 8th, 9th, 10th Generation Intel Core and Intel Celeron Processor 4000 & 5000 Series Processors, update the BIOS firmware to a version that addresses the buffer overflow issue.
