Description:
The issue is related to improper access control in the installer, which may allow a privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. This is due to errors in using standard permissions. Exploitation of the issue may allow an attacker to elevate their privileges.
Recommendations:
For versions prior to 3.0.23, update to version 3.0.23 or later to resolve the issue.
