Description The issue is related to an out of bounds read in the license read new or upgrade license packet component. A manipulated license packet can cause out of bound reads to an internal buffer, potentially allowing a remote attacker to access confidential data and cause a denial of service.

Recommendations For versions prior to 2.1.2, update to version 2.1.2 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the license read new or upgrade license packet component until the update is applied.
