Description: A buffer overflow occurs while playing a nonstandard clip due to the lack of size and duration checks in various Snapdragon products, including Snapdragon Auto, Snapdragon Compute, Snapdragon Connectivity, Snapdragon Consumer IOT, Snapdragon Industrial IOT, Snapdragon IoT, Snapdragon Mobile, Snapdragon Voice & Music, and Snapdragon Wearables.

Recommendations: For Qualcomm Snapdragon versions APQ8009 through SM8250, update to a version that includes the fix for the buffer overflow issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
