Description: NetworkManager is a system network service that manages network devices and connections. It attempts to keep active network connectivity when available and has capabilities including managing Ethernet, wireless, mobile broadband (WWAN), and PPPoE devices, as well as providing VPN integration with various VPN services. A bug has been identified where NetworkManager does not initialize an interface and reports startup as complete when booting for the first time.
