Description:
An issue allows an unauthenticated attacker to cause a Denial of Service by rebooting the device. This can be achieved by sending a hidden reboot command to the "/media/?action=cmd" API endpoint.
Recommendations:
For INSMA Wifi Mini Spy 1080P HD Security IP Camera version 1.9.7 B, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "/media/?action=cmd" API endpoint to prevent unauthorized reboot commands. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this issue.
