Description
The issue allows unauthenticated remote attackers to download temporary files and enumerate project keys via an Information Disclosure vulnerability in the "/rest/api/1.0/issues/{id}/ActionsAndOperations" API endpoint.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 8.5.11, update to version 8.5.11 or later.
For versions 8.6.0 through 8.13.3, update to version 8.13.3 or later.
For versions 8.14.0 through 8.15.0, update to version 8.15.0 or later.
As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "/rest/api/1.0/issues/{id}/ActionsAndOperations" API endpoint until a patch is available.
