Description:
The issue allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Incentive Compensation, resulting in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Incentive Compensation accessible data. Successful attacks can also lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data.
Recommendations:
For versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version that includes a fix for this issue to prevent unauthorized access and modifications to critical data.
