Description The issue is related to the Hold Management component of Oracle Project Contracts in Oracle E-Business Suite. It allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Project Contracts, resulting in unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification access to critical data or all accessible data. This can also lead to unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Project Contracts accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue to prevent exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
