Description
A Cross Site Scripting (XSS) issue exists via the SanitizeMarkDown function in ProgramFunctions/MarkDownHTML.fnc.php. This allows for potential malicious script execution.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 4.3, update to version 4.3 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the SanitizeMarkDown function in ProgramFunctions/MarkDownHTML.fnc.php until a patch is available. Restrict access to the MarkDownHTML.fnc.php file to minimize the risk of exploitation.
