Description
A directory traversal issue exists in the KnowledgebasePageActions.aspx ImportArticles functionality. This can be triggered by a specially-crafted HTTP request, leading to arbitrary file read. An attacker can exploit this by sending a crafted HTTP request.
Recommendations
For Lansweeper version 10.1.1.0, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the KnowledgebasePageActions.aspx ImportArticles functionality until a patch is available. Avoid using this functionality in the affected API endpoint until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
