Description
The issue allows attackers to achieve Denial of Service via a crafted request to the "GetResource handler".
Recommendations
For versions prior to 13.0.66, update to version 13.0.66 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the GetResource handler until a patch is available.
