Description
A vulnerability in the Linux kernel has been resolved. The issue arises when the pcrypt encryption and decryption operations return -EAGAIN, causing an unnecessary panic when panic on warn is set to 1. This occurs due to changes made since commit 8f4f68e788c3, where pcrypt operations return -EAGAIN when the CPU goes online or offline. The problem is fixed by calling the crypto layer directly without parallelization in such cases.
