PLCnext Engineer checks GSDX manifest reference digests but does not cryptographically verify the XML
SignatureValue over canonicalized SignedInfo. An unauthenticated local attacker can modify signed GSDML content, update its manifest digest, retain the public certificate data, and leave an invalid nonempty SignatureValue.
