Description
A missing authentication check in the REST API access filter allows unauthenticated visitors to bypass the sitewide password gate. When the 'Allow REST API' option is enabled, the plugin fails to restrict access to authenticated users, enabling attackers to read protected content and account identifiers via the REST API.
Recommendations
Update the plugin to version 2.8.4 or later.
As a temporary mitigation, disable the 'Allow REST API' option to prevent unauthenticated access to protected content.
