Description A use-after-free issue exists in the HID nintendo driver. The nintendo hid probe() function calls hid device io start() before joycon init() and joycon leds create(). If either of these subsequent functions fails, the error path executes hid hw close() or hid hw stop() without first calling hid device io stop(). Because hid hw stop() does not stop device IO, the hid input report() function may continue to run and access driver data that is being torn down.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
