Description An out-of-bounds (OOB) read and write occurs in the net/ionic driver. The dedicated hardware timestamp RX queue is allocated with q->index equal to lif->ionic->nrxqs per lif. Because the txqcqs array only contains regular queue pairs, using this index to set rxq->partner allows the system to read one entry past the txqcqs[] array and subsequently write through the resulting derived pointer.

Recommendations Update to version 7.2.5-1.1 or later.
