Description An issue exists in the IB/mlx5 component regarding implicit On-Demand Paging (ODP) handling. In implicit ODP configurations, the presence of child mkeys prevents in-place changes to the parent mkey, requiring a full rebuild when changes are requested. If a translation is not specified, the system forces implicit values through the mlx5 ib reg user mr() function to allocate a new Memory Region (MR). This flaw previously allowed racy access to the mr->pd variable by implicit children.
