**Description**
The issue allows remote attackers to bypass man-in-the-middle mitigations via a crafted timestamp constraint with a valid certificate, as OpenNTPD does not validate the CN for HTTPS constraint requests.

For versions prior to 6.0p1, update to version 6.0p1 or later to resolve the issue.
