Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Ethereal versions 0.9.11 and earlier

Description: The issue is related to multiple integer overflow vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities can be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service and possibly execute arbitrary code. The vulnerabilities are specifically found in the (1) Mount and (2) PPP dissectors.

Recommendations: For Ethereal versions 0.9.11 and earlier, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
