Description The issue allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via a URL in the blog localpath parameter to includes/functions.php or includes/email.php. However, it is noted that this issue is disputed because the identified code is in functions that are not accessible via direct request.

As a temporary workaround, avoid using the blog localpath parameter in the affected API endpoints until the issue is resolved.
