Description The service utility in EMC Avamar uses cleartext to transmit event details in service requests and e-mail messages, which might allow remote attackers to obtain sensitive information by sniffing the network.
Recommendations For versions 5.0.0 through 5.0.3, update to version 5.0.4 or later to resolve the issue.
