Description
The issue allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service, resulting in a filtering outage, via a crafted URL.
Recommendations
For versions prior to 6.3.1 Hotfix 106, update to version 6.3.1 Hotfix 106 or later.
For versions 7.x prior to 7.1, update to version 7.1 or later.
